Office Cleanouts.

Office moves and closures come with a truckload of stuff nobody wants to deal with: desks, cubicle panels, chairs, filing cabinets, dead electronics. We clear commercial spaces fast, including evenings and weekends so your business hours aren't interrupted.

What an office cleanout includes

  • Desks, chairs & cubicles
  • Filing cabinets & shelving
  • Computers, monitors & printers (recycled)
  • Break-room appliances
  • After-hours & weekend scheduling

How an office cleanout works here

E-waste like computers, monitors, and printers is recycled through proper channels. For property managers, we can turn over an office suite between tenants in a single visit.

For businesses: Businesses and commercial landlords: volume pricing on multi-office jobs, and a certificate of insurance available on request.

Two things to sort first

Data and building access

The drives are your job, not ours

We do not wipe hard drives, and you should be wary of any hauler who says they will. Have IT pull the drives, or run a factory reset and a secure erase, before the machines leave your floor. A tower going to recycling still holds whatever was on it when it left the desk.

The same goes for paper. Filing cabinets full of client records, HR files or anything with account numbers should be shredded through a service, not tipped into a truck. We will haul the empty cabinets happily.

One thing that catches offices out: commercial e-waste is not the same as household. St. Lucie County's free electronics program is for residents. Business volumes are directed to a licensed handler, so tell us it is an office and it gets routed correctly rather than turned away at the gate.

Buildings have their own rules

Most commercial landlords want a certificate of insurance on file before a vendor touches a loading dock or a service elevator. We carry general liability and can send the COI ahead of the visit - ask when you book and it arrives before we do.

Then there is the practical side: which elevator, which entrance, whether the dock has hours, whether the building requires the freight lift to be reserved, and whether the association allows work during business hours at all.

That is usually why offices land on evenings and weekends, and that is fine - same load pricing, no after-hours surcharge. Cubicles and modular walls come apart rather than being dragged out whole, which is slower but does not mark the corridors.

Pricing

Office cleanout pricing

Your price is based on how much space your junk takes up in the truck — measured on site, agreed before we lift a thing. For scale, Wetland Junk Removal counts a cubic yard as about one front-load washer — so a full truck is roughly fifteen of them.

¼ Load

$225

about 3.75 cubic yards

  • A few furniture pieces
  • Small appliance pickup
  • Garage corner cleanup

½ Load

$400

about 7.5 cubic yards

  • Room's worth of junk
  • Multiple large items
  • Small shed clear-out

¾ Load

$550

about 11.25 cubic yards

  • Multi-room cleanup
  • Large furniture sets
  • Big yard-debris jobs

Full Load

$650

about 15 cubic yards

  • Whole-garage cleanout
  • Moving leftovers
  • Best per-item value

A full load is about 15 cubic yards — roughly six pickup truck loads. Single-item pickups start at $150. Price includes labor, loading, hauling, and disposal fees. Heavy materials (concrete, dirt, roofing) quoted separately — just send photos.

FAQ

Office cleanout questions

Can you work after hours or on a weekend?

Yes, and for most offices that is the better answer. Desks and cubicles coming apart in the middle of a workday is disruptive and it slows us down. Evenings and weekends are available at the same load pricing, so tell us the window your building allows and we will schedule inside it.

What happens to the computers and old monitors?

They go to the county electronics program rather than a landfill. One thing to be clear about: we do not wipe drives, and you should not rely on any hauler who says they will. Have IT pull or destroy the drives before we arrive. Bear in mind that commercial e-waste is treated differently from household — the county hazardous waste program is for residents, so business volumes are routed to a licensed handler.

Do you invoice, or is it due on the day?

Most jobs are card or cash on completion. For businesses we work with regularly we can set up net 30 — it is a relationship thing rather than something offered on a first job. Say up front which you need so the paperwork is sorted before the crew arrives instead of after.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our building?

Yes. We carry general liability and can send a COI ahead of the job, which most commercial landlords and property managers require before a vendor gets access to a loading dock or a service elevator. Ask when you book and it will be sent rather than chased.
