Construction Debris Removal.
Skip the dumpster rental, the permit, and the eyesore in the driveway. We run scheduled debris pulls during your renovation — drywall, lumber, flooring, cabinets, fixtures — so the job site stays clean and the HOA stays happy.
What construction debris we haul
- Renovation & remodel debris
- Drywall, lumber & flooring
- Cabinet, carpet & fixture tear-outs
- Scheduled pulls during long projects
- No dumpster rental, permits, or driveway damage
- Job site swept after every pickup
How debris pulls work on your site
Perfect for remodelers, flippers, and handyman crews on the Treasure Coast. Load-based pricing quoted from photos, swept up after every pull. We can't take hazardous materials (asbestos, wet paint, chemicals, fuel) — everything else from a tear-out rides.
Send photos through the quote form or call us to set up recurring service.
Materials and rules
What rides, what gets weighed, and what cannot go
Three categories, three prices
Normal debris rides at the load price: drywall, lumber, trim, flooring, carpet, cabinets, doors, fixtures, underlayment, packaging. Bulky but light, which is what a fifteen cubic yard truck is measured in.
Dense material is weighed instead: concrete, block, brick, tile, mortar, dirt and rock. A small pile of broken slab outweighs a truck of drywall, so it is quoted separately rather than by volume. Send a photo with something for scale.
Hazardous material does not go at all: asbestos, wet paint, solvents, fuel, oil. If a tear-out in an older Treasure Coast house turns up suspect material, stop and get it tested rather than bagged - that is a licensed abatement job, not a hauling one.
Where it ends up, and why pulls beat a dumpster sometimes
Construction and demolition material from St. Lucie County jobs goes to the county Baling and Recycling Facility on Glades Cut-Off Road in Fort Pierce, which runs C and D materials recovery on site rather than burying everything. Martin County work goes to the Busch Street transfer station in Palm City.
On a long gut renovation producing debris every day, a dumpster on site is usually the cheaper answer and we will tell you so.
Scheduled pulls win in three situations: there is nowhere legal to put a container, the HOA will not allow one in the driveway, or the debris comes in bursts around demo and finish rather than continuously. Tell us your phase schedule and we will work to it instead of you paying rent on a box that sits empty half the month.
Pricing
Construction debris pricing
Your price is based on how much space your junk takes up in the truck — measured on site, agreed before we lift a thing. For scale, Wetland Junk Removal counts a cubic yard as about one front-load washer — so a full truck is roughly fifteen of them.

about 3.75 cubic yards
- A few furniture pieces
- Small appliance pickup
- Garage corner cleanup
½ Load

FAQ
Construction debris questions
Can you do scheduled pulls during a job instead of one big haul?
Yes, and on a longer renovation that is usually cheaper and cleaner than letting it pile up. We can come back through on a rhythm that matches your phases — demo, rough-in, finish — so the site stays workable and the neighbors stay calm. Tell us the schedule and we will work to it.
What can’t go on the truck?
Hazardous material: asbestos, wet paint, chemicals and fuel. Everything else from a tear-out rides — drywall, lumber, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, trim, underlayment. Dense material like concrete, block, tile and dirt is heavy for its size, so it is weighed and quoted separately rather than by truck volume.
Is this cheaper than renting a dumpster?
Depends on the job, and we will tell you straight. A long gut renovation producing debris every day is often better served by a dumpster on site. Where we win is the shorter job, the site with nowhere legal to put a container, the HOA that will not allow one in the driveway, and the pull where you want the mess gone today rather than at the end of a rental period.
Do you bill contractors on terms?
Card or cash on completion to start with. For contractors we work with regularly we can move to net 30 once there is a relationship, which is usually easier than processing payment on every pull. Certificates of insurance are available on request for sites that require them.
